• Rescheduling — alternative times if your first choice fills up

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity — you'll generally only hear from us around the time you're due for a visit or have an appointment coming up.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Verora AI does not charge you for text messages.

You can start receiving appointment text messages in any of these ways:

• Check the SMS consent box on our contact form
• Reply YES when we send you an opt-in message
• Give express consent to your dental practice when you provide your phone number

Opting in is always optional and is never a condition of receiving care.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOPto any message. You can also reply OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE. After you opt out, you'll receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from that number.
